Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Find peace and quiet in our Mid Century retreat, located in historic Concord. Enjoy lake and mountain views from the hammock on the screened in porch, or watch the sunrise. True to its 1955 construction, this home has Mid-Mod touches. The main bedroom has a beautiful view, as well as a California King bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.
