Close to skiing and sledding; 30 minutes to Willamette Pass skiing. 40 minutes to sledding & snowmobile rentals at Diamond Lake resort. Great jumping off point to Crater Lake, Bend, or Mt Bachelor.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied).
