Very peaceful and a good location about a 10 minute drive to Salisbury. I would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful spot!!! Jackie and Doug were great to book with and followed up with questions asked immediately. The chalet was very clean and was representative of the photos online. This is an excellent location to enjoy time with friends and family. The kitchen and dining room area is gorgeous for hosting. Thanks again Doug and Jackie! We are looking forward to staying again.

Karen has beautifully styled the home. Its clean, comfortable and has all the required amenities. As a host she was quick to respond to any inquiries and very accomodating. We stayed upstairs with our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children). I believe 5 people could also comfortably stay upstairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 2 living areas, a laundry area, kitchen, and dining room. There's also a deck in the backyard with some outdoor furniture and a propane fire. The house is walking distance to Dutch Point Trail, Beer Daddy BBQ, and the local public school playgrounds. We could also walk to the river for fishing and kayaking. The local library is right next to the river, where we dropped in for a free child playtime session held on Wednesdays 9:30-11am during the school year (ages 0-5yr). Overall a wonderful stay with an accomodating host.

Had a great stay. We went for a snowmobile trip. The groomed trail is right to the doorstep. Adam is an avid snowmobiler himself and was able to give great tips of sights to see, as he has extensive knowledge of the area. Several times throughout our stay he messaged us to see where we were or just checking in to see if we needed anything. He popped in before we left to see how the trip was. Would certainly return to trails end again. Great destination for ATVing or snowmobiling or just a little getaway. Conveniently located and not far at all off the main highway

Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our stay was amazing!! Judy was super responsive and helpful and has thought of anything you could possibly need, with lots of added personal touches for extra comfort. Her spot was the perfect cozy place to return to after a day of ski racing! 🙌

Matt and Angel's Cozy Cottage was perfect! My 2 teenagers and myself stayed for 3 nights on a mini-vacation to visit with relatives in the area. Everything was great, we loved it! Location was peaceful and beautiful, my kids walked a few trails and took a lot of pics and videos. Cottage is modern and terrific use of space, along with all needed amenities, was perfect for us. The location was great as well, being close to Sussex for shopping and restaurants. We definitely plan to stay again in the future - 5 stars :)

we came down for a wedding outside of saint john so we rented the air bnb for ourselves to have a vacation as we don't live in the province we loved the ability to cook in the kitchen watch TV on the cozy couch and eat our meals on the covered porch luckily there was a heat wave so even though the water was cool it was well worth it I'll definitely stay here again and our friends that met us at the swimming hole would love to book the place for winter to go skiing

Had a beautiful 10 day stay at the tiny home. Jim was very responsive and gave me lots of privacy which is what I wanted. He came to check on me mid stay when he saw me out on the porch, which I appreciated. The place was absolutely perfect, serene and private despite its proximity to Jim’s home. I will be back!

Hi, We had an amazing time, the spot was beautiful and had a private feel even with it being so open which was a great plus! The pod was very cozy and had everything we needed! All throughout our trip the communication was great as well.

This place is amazing, we left already wanting to return! We certainly plan to come back!

We had a great time at the treehouse! It was rustic but we expected that. When the weather was supposed to be unseasonably cold the host reached out to let us know and was helpful and flexible about our plans. They brought us us an extra heater and blankets and we managed fine! The hot tub was great and close to our treehouse. It is apparently normally shared with the other treehouse but there was no one staying in the other treehouse for the weekend while we were there so we got it to ourselves. Host was helpful and available and responsive.

This was such a great spot to spend with the family to wind down and relax. We loved the giant Connect 4 and all of the extras offered. There was coffee, hot chocolate, ice in the freezer and the fire table on the deck was perfect! There is a Firestone grill and the beds were beyond comfortable with cozy bedding. There were fuzzy blankets everywhere to make each space extra cozy. A huge plus for our family is that we got to bring our fur babies! We normally have to pay sitters. All and all it was exactly what we needed. We'll be back!
