In der Unterkunft C6, habe ich mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt sicher und gut geschützt vor der intensiven Sonne, trotzdem ist es hell und gemütlich. Sie ist nach hinten raus und hat zwei Balkone. Im Haus und auf der Etage ist es sehr ruhig und sauber. Deine Wäsche kannst du dort von Hand waschen und spülen und auf die Leine hängen. Kochen und kühlen ist sehr gut möglich. Außerhalb essen ist weniger aufwändig und nicht viel teurer als selbst zu kochen. Du kommst von dort aus jederzeit überall hin und zwar mit Uber, Tuktuk-Poa, Motorrad- Boda. Wir sind sehr oft zu dritt mit Motorrad gefahren. Helm nicht Pflicht. Oder du findest draußen ein Fahrzeug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten überall. Der Weg zum Ozean, mit Boda oder Poa, ist nicht weit und nicht teuer. Mir gefiel der New Big Tree wirklich am besten. Wenn ich wieder nach Mombasa komme, dann zu David. Nachts gibt es einen anderen Eingang und Zugang zur Etage, der wird auch bewacht, schien so.

This house is truly charming and unique! It’s very close to the beach, and its architecture really reminds me of Italian homes, I think it might have even been built by Italians. There’s a cute little terrace that’s perfect for relaxing, and the garden is full of trees and flowers, with a lovely swimming pool that gives off real vacation vibes. The kitchen and laundry facilities are also well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay for a few days. Overall, it’s a cozy and beautiful spot for a relaxing getaway.

The place is great 😃.the location is easy to find on Google maps. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Fred(the caretaker I think) helped us with check in and gave a brief house tour. It's right next to the reefy beach. It's near all the necessary amenities.(Restaurant, chemist, liquor store, supermarket etc) The place felt secure with the guard at the entrance and at the pool area. We really enjoyed our short stay. It's worth every coin. I highly recommend.

I stayed at Lydia's place for 5 days with my family.Lydia's place exceeded my expectations! the welcome was good, she responds very fast to her clients. the place is neatly kept! ever clean. and ofcoz a cake surprise on our last day was lovely! I recommend her to anyone travelling to Mombasa.

Silvia as well as the cook Gibson were very friendly and accommodating. Silvia always responded very soon and was always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. The kitchen was properly kitted out and had everything. The location was great and very clean. Just a very short walk from the beach. Gibson was an amazing cook and housekeeper and we could always reach him, very humble guy. The food was always fresh and cooked from scratch. Very very happy with the stay and would always recommend! Thank you so much for making it so comfortable!

Great apartment! Stayed here for two months and enjoyed the view and quiet of the area. Clean and simple space with weekly housekeeping. Admittedly a bit hard to find because it is tucked back into a neighborhood but it is peaceful. Easy enough to use Uber for cars and tuks tuks to get around. Kelitu was a very kind and responsive host and helped me with any issues that came up. I would highly recommend for a longer stay in Mombasa.

Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris is a gentleman who has helped me with helpful information every time I've approached him. The house was handed over to me and kept clean every day by his assistant, Clara, a polite woman. His location in Nyali is excellent, near supermarkets, churches, downtown, etc. The compound is calm, we can hear the birds singing, and fresh air is circulating in every house room. Also important is a 24-hour security guard in the compound on 7/7. I will stay at Chris' house again next time I visit Mombasa.

Lovely house, great pool, attentive but unobtrusive staff including a great chef. You need some reliable Tuk Tuk drivers to get to the beach and other places but you wouldn’t get a place of this quality/price by the beach. Both our families had an incredible stay at Watamu.

Beautiful little guest house. The area was gated and felt very safe. I saw a monkey and it's baby my first morning there so that was a plus. Faith was super helpful and an amazing host.

Jess is a fantastic host! The cook was incredibly helpful, prepared delicious and practical meals, and the garden is absolutely wonderful – a true highlight of the stay. Highly recommend!

Magnifique séjour à Watamu, la villa est au calme dans un lieu très privé. c'est un peu loin de la plage pour s'y rendre à pied avec des enfants mais on peut facilement prendre un Tuktuk... Le personnel est très discret et toujours prêt à aider ou a conseiller. La piscine est très agréable, les équipements fonctionnels, les chiens sont adorables. Nous avons vraiment aimé rester ici.

Rose is a fantastic host together with the staff on site, always keeping it clean, helping when needed! Very nice house and cozy pool, nice to also have neighbours (two similar houses next to each other). Only thing to note is that the location is slightly off but we rented motorbikes that were delivered to the house and Anthony the Tuktuk driver is great to drive you anywhere, so not a problem in the end! Also Kenyan power with the power cuts, but the generator always worked so it wasn’t a big issue.

Brigid has a very clean well furnished apartment that's in a serene well guarded location The swimming pool is clean and there is ample parking. She is an awesome host who is available incase of anything.

Lovely appartment just in front of the beach and close to all amenities. Very good communication with Alessandro who was always prompt to responding to queries. The A/C in the room was much appreciated! The nearby hôtels are a bit noisy over the week end. Overall a very pleasant experience!

This was probably the best AirBnB I had been to. The place was beautiful, the views were amazing and the proximity to the swimming pool and the beach were just what we needed. Gumato was very responsive to all our needs and recommended an amazing chef who honestly overfed us! Once or twice the electricity went out but the back up generator came on almost instantly. I can't wait to get back here. I'm giving this place a 10/10 rating! I couldn't ask for more!

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere during my stay. There is a gym located within the premises, and the instructors were incredibly friendly. Additionally, it's a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

this place is nice and clean and in a compound so of you like privacy it's nice. it will be a small wall to the gate and then some minutes to the main road. if you sont have a car and have old people with your or kids be prepared to take a Toktok or Uber. but the gate personal is super helpful and the pool is clean and have an amazing view. we was super happy

A well furnished apartment to a high standard. In a good area and location. This is the part of Mombasa to stay in for visitors. Spacious and a nice looking place to stay.

During my time in Kenya, I stayed at several different hotels and accommodations, but this place was by far my favorite. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the overall layout was thoughtfully designed for daily living, which made my stay completely hassle-free. The on-site staff were exceptionally kind, and the host was always quick to respond to any inquiries. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay, and I truly believe that anyone who chooses this place in the future will not be disappointed.
