This is a very small studio. There is no tv at all. Good Wi-Fi. It's noise outside on the weekend, many kids and people doing the cook out at the swimming pool

Evans is a great host, he issued clear directions to the apartment and made it easy to access the apartment. His description and photos match the apartment. I loved the fast lift, the friendly and the helpful security guards at the gate. We briefly interacted with the pleasant and kind cleaner Pauline who assisted us during checkout. We loved our experience and we referred an acquaintance.

Definitely will be a repeat customer. Paul & team were responsive and professional in their handling of things. The property location is excellent with loads of good restaurants and places at a walking distance. All in all a satisfying experience.

The apartment is beautiful and the building is very well kept. Doreen who is the house keeper is very friendly and easy going. This apartment is very well equipped with everything you need from pans and utensils for cooking to coffee machine, blenders. Asanti has paid attention to every detail you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There is shopping 5 minutes walk with 24/7 Quickmart, liquor store, restaurants, Art Caffè and much more. This place has good security and good parking on site. 11 minutes from CBD and has good public transport outside.

Carlton's place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean. Both the apartment and parking area were safe. He has an amazing caretaker who was always available whenever we needed him. Thank you for having us.
