Situated in the foothills of the fabulous Silver Valley, Grandma's Cozy Farmhouse is the original farmhouse of a once bustling 100 acre dairy farm. The farmhouse is situated on a beautiful lot of land behind an automatic gate accompanied by the old milking barn, out buildings, and one other residence nearby.
