The stay is very beautiful and surrounded by very nice locality. The beach is just behind the house. Fort kochi is very near by taking a ferry which cost not more than 10rs. we also rented a 2 wheeler with the help of care taker which helped us for visiting local site seeing. House is very comfortable with all the A to Z amenities. We had little issue to find the house as the house is little inside the gully but once spotted it is easy to mark and recognize. overall highly recommend property.

The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money.
