It's absolutely a great place to stay in the heart of the city. It's easily accessible and has that homely feel. It’s very good value for money, and I am almost sure that I’ll stay there only next time.

An amazing home stay. You feel right at home. The location and surroundings are perfect for a peaceful stay and it has lots of open space as well. Will definitely choose this place again if I visit there.

It was one of the most beautiful stays I had recently. Soon after booking, I had a call with Mr. SKJ who was very responsive and sent me the caretaker, Anil's number. Anil again was very helpful with everything. We reached around 30 or so minutes earlier than the check-in time, but Anil made sure we were comfortable and got us the room ready as quickly as possible. The cottage is located in a very beautiful locality surrounded by trees everywhere! If you have the time, there's lots to explore in the vicinity. I am so glad my previous booking with another cottage got canceled and I ended up booking SKJ's Farm coz this was an experience unlike any other - both the stay and the location! Thank you SKJ and Anil! Will be visiting soon again. :)

On top of that, our host’s friendly nature and prompt communication made everything even better. Whether it was sharing local tips, recommending hidden gems, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable, he made us feel right at home. Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

Had to cancel the stay last minute due to a family emergency but Amutha was a understanding host who did not whinge and wished us well.

The stay was overall great. The room was exactly as in photos and the caretaker Baiju was really helpful.
