Great Location in the middle of all the action but yet quiet. Good value. Must try..

First of all, thanks for letting me checkin so early (11am), that was so nice of you guys. The place is just like the pictures, clean and you have everything you'll need. The condo itself is new and has a nice pool and working space. Worth the money for sure

Nice little bolthole in Phuket, right next to the mall which has everything, and very central to a lot of great cafes and amazing restaurants

Ich habe mehr als drei Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wände und Türen sind etwas hellhörig, aber ich schlafe sowieso mit Ohrenstöpsel. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, sollte aber öfters eine Grundreinigung erhalten. Als Langzeitmieter habe ich einmal pro Woche eine kostenlose Reinigung bekommen. Das war sehr angenehm. Ich habe jetzt schon meine nächste Buchung vorgenommen !!

We really enjoyed our stay, the flat was exactly as described and looked like the photos. The flat is perfect for two people and I enjoyed being able to make breakfast and to cook the odd dinner. Especially nice was the electric oven. It has exceptional amenities on site like the pools, gym and restaurants. You are only a 10 minute walk from Kamala Beach and you have your choice of several grocery stores and restaurants all within a short walk. We didn’t bother renting a car or scooter because everything was within a short walk and we also had access to the free shuttle to the beach. The owner was also quick to respond to inquiries that we had and also gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area, he was also a life saver in directing us to a store that sold coffee! I would highly recommend this flat for your next trip to Phuket.

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Summary: Very remote location but it was a super comfortable stay. Good service provided by the reception and host. Highly recommended for those who are at Phuket for a relaxing stay and are not seeking the crazy nightlife in Patong. Detailed review: Compared to what was indicated by the Airbnb’s location marker, the resort (The Tree Residence) was actually quite far from the beach where most of the shops and restaurants are located. In fact, the lodging was located rather deep in the hills so the only way to go to the main street was using the shuttle service provided by the resort or using grab/taxi/etc. However, the shuttle service that heads to the beach has a schedule to follow and using the service outside of its dedicated time slot costs a 100 baht. This was a little problematic as it costed more time and money to travel to Patong for shopping, clubbing, etc. (Maybe it'll be less troublesome for you if you rent a motorbike/car though) Nonetheless, because the location was remote, the resort was very quiet and very relaxing. On top of that, the lodging was super pretty and comfortable to stay in. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds and the beautiful furnishing. There’s also a small spiral staircase that leads to an open rooftop where you can hang out with your friends with a couple bottles of beer and watch the sunset. The spacious balcony is super nice too but do keep in mind that if you wish to hang out there, you’ll want to be equipped with insect repellent as the insects are pretty active (especially at Night). Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to check out the gym and swimming pools but given how good the reception's service was, I'm sure those facilities will be well maintained too :) Overall, it was a great stay and I really liked it!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Awesome stay. Walking distance to Patong Beach and other areas as well. Quiet at night and beautiful pool.

The location was quiet and private, which was great. It's away from the loud crowds. The view from the place was beautiful, too. Additionally, it felt safe with security posted at the front, giving peace of mind during the stay. However, it is on a steep hill next to a busy road, so getting to and from the main area was a bit tricky. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic spot to relax!

Great 3rd floor apartment, facing the pool. This is one of the bigger one bedroom apartments in the building so book it before someone else does. Very clean place, Firm mattress, good shower pressure, fast WiFi. Close to Jungceylon and Bangla Rd. Some noise from the street in the evening so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Pool was never crowded or just couple of people in it. Functional gym. I will pick this place again when visiting Phuket. Thank you Nuttavut for a lovely stay.

Der Gastgeber hat auf alles super und schnell reagiert sogar wo ich den pin vergessen hatte für die Tür hat er ihn mir kostenlos erneut mitgeteilt und war jederzeit erreichbar die Umgebung ist ruhig aber man kommt überall super schnell hin mit dem Roller oder Auto mit Roller sogar extrem günstig ganz Pukhet von dort aus zu erkunden

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Классное жилье. Все отлично. Только немножко пахнет сыростью но это везде в Пхукете из-за климата.

Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war fantastisch, es war sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Besser geht es nicht, wir haben jede Sekunde in der Unterkunft genossen. Mrs. Aoijai welche uns in Empfang genommen hat war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, herzlichen Dank.

The apartment was really good. Its location was perfect as it was 10 minutes from the beach and was in a quiet area at the same time. It was a bit hard to find at first, the taxi took us to a wrong address (which was a common confusion for taxis during our whole stay). We were greeted by a local contractor working for the host. Make sure to check the phone number provided by the host in the description, as he won't answer texts in the app. The shower cabin felt a bit dirty upon arrival but we did clean it up and had no issues afterwards. The place is spacious, the living room is quite large and the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is probably at the exact center of Patong, so it is easy to go in any direction.
