The three-bedroom rustic house is set on the quietest and most ideal location on the river. The house opens itself up to the river with an open-air kitchen and outdoor dining and living spaces. There is a private parking on the property and easy road access. The property offers a quiet working space. It's a spacious place to spend memorable time with friends and family. A private dock gives you access to swim in the river, paddleboarding and nearby Nibi Spa, Boat tour available.

The house is located on Kep market side of the city not far from the Wat Samati, on a large plot of green land. It is nestled up the hill and the garden has its upper boundary with the Kep National Park; it has magnificent views of the island Koh Tonsai and its next small sisters. The singularity of this property is the quietness of the place; there are no neighbours next, only the forest animals and luxuriant tropical vegetation. Yet city market and center is a 5-10 min bike ride.

Our guests will enjoy the free access to large pool 110 square meters, shallow water for kids, and deep water for adults to dive in. There's free use of playground, outdoor bbq table and facility. There's a free large, safe parking on the premise. our place is surrounded by big tree, garden, fruit trees and variety of birds. We also serve food and drinks starting from 7 am to 9pm.

Located on Fish Island, 12 minutes (6 km) south of Kampot town centre, on absolute riverfront. We provide Honda motos for $3 - 4 per day, or you can use the Cambodia Passap or Grab app to book tuk tuks. We have a floating pontoon, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards to add to the fun list of activities.
