Words are difficult to find. Absolutely stunning location and we had the best holiday experience. Communication from Francine throughout was superb and everything was organised for us in respect to arranging the flight from Nassau to San Andros and a welcome meal beautifully prepared and delivered by the property manager, Zona and his wife Bernadette. We cannot thank Zona enough for all his help and kindness throughout the whole vacation. Highlight was when he took us out on his boat for a 4 hour sight seeing trip which included bone fishing, snorkelling and some showing us some Andros ‘secrets’. His knowledge of the sea and the beautiful island was outstanding. I must also mention that the inhabitants of Nicholls Town are the friendliest people I have ever met. Everyone was so pleased to help in any way they can.We cycled most days and this was perfectly safe as the roads are all smooth and all the drivers are very courteous of cyclists.Highly recommended for a totally relaxed holiday

Beautiful place and location if you don't want to be in the city dealing with all the tourists but close enough (Atlantis, downtown, and Baha Mahr are 15 minutes away) to the main areas to see if you want to visit them. The host was responsive to our needs/questions. The place is immaculate with comfortable furniture and beds (it could use a few more pieces of furniture in the bedrooms and better frying pans for cooking). We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful location. The beach was literally out the back door with calm, shallow waters perfect for paddle board and snorkeling with the kids. Not much to do within the immediate area so luckily we rented a car and were able to drive to restaurants and shopping 15-30 minutes away. Everything was clean and beds were cozy. Would definitely come back again!

Ich habe ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach der Wahnsinn. Die Unterkunft ist sehr cozy eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern. Bei genauerem Hinsehen, entdeckt man jedoch ein paar Kleinigkeiten die einfach behoben werden könnten. Lavelle hat jeweils schnell, freundlich und ausführlich auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und konnte mir weiterhelfen. Ich würde wieder hingehen.

First off they were very hospitable and very welcoming! Ben is awesome! Always made me feel at home! Close to the ocean and 5 minutes away from the airport. I had a great time at their place. I would go back again!

Beautiful place, private, quiet and place clean. Hosts made recommendations and rental car available if needed. Hosts would check in to make sure everything was ok. Will book again

My host was a delight and accommodations were all one can ask for. Clean surroundings and beautiful setting all woven into an atmosphere of ease. I'd recommend to anyone seeking a top notch experience.

The home was just as advertised. It was a great place to stay, and it was nice having a peaceful neighborhood. I want to say Jasmine is fantastic!!! She went beyond what a host needs to do in order to assist with transportation during the stay and getting to the airport to fly home. She was always professional, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and above all kind. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was a pleasure. from start to finish!!

Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. Pictures shown are exact visualization of the house. And the amenities are endless.
