The host was bery responsive, even though I booked it last minute, she still accommodated me until my check in. Will definitely reccommend this place! ✨✨✨

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's place. Super makakapag unwind talaga dahil secluded ang area plus may infinity pool that my family really enjoyed. Kahit malayo sya sa stations okay na okay kasi 1 ride lang ng etrike tapos pwede na tumambay at mag ikot sa stations then e-trike lang ulit pabalik. Convenient ang place dahil nakapagluto kami, may balcony pa for the view. Super worth it. If you want a place na malayo sa mataong lugar plus marerelax, I would really recommend Erica's place. Super worth it ang price for 4D3N. May heater din ang CR which is helpful sa mga seniors na kasama namin. Thank you for accommodating us! We'll love to come back to your place again!

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

Мы с моими друзьями арендовали эту прекрасную виллу на несколько дней. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, удивило наличие различных коктейльных бокалов. Очень удобные кровати. Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.

The place is very clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious layout of the place was a pleasant surprise, considering we are only 2 pax and there's 2 queen size bed. Additionally, the easy-to-follow directions made it a breeze to find the location. You can actually pin them directly on gmaps or waze if you're using a car. If you're seeking a place with the convenience of easy in-and-out access, similar to a hotel, you might want to reconsider your choice. This place is like a gated transient house, so returning very late (like we did) could be a bit inconvenient. But despite this situation, the owner has been understanding and accommodating. Overall I loved our stay and this place is highly recommended specially for family and big groups!

What a peaceful retreat! This place has spectacular views and all the comforts of home. Motorcycle is the only way to get to the home so be prepared for a bit of an adventure on some small trails. Highly recommend renting a scooter and exploring the beautiful island. If you are looking for “off the beaten path” this place is perfect.

I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

The home was as described. Host was very helpful in arranging transposition for all of us. The home has a really nice view, and pairs well with the pool. It does has a step walk to get to the home but wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Thanks for everything!

Our boracay trip will never be complete without staying at Hershey's place! We had a great stay and I will recommend the place to my friends and colleagues! I will definitely be back in Boracay and definitely stay in their place. Thank you to Nic and Heshey and to their staff.

Our family all enjoyed the Airbnb! There was a place for each of us to sleep, 4 bathrooms, great amenities, loved the outdoor shower to rinse before entering the house, the back house was the best of all the rooms, loved the seating in the dining area, wonderful a/c, and the location was great just steps from a restaurant and a few more steps to the beach! The water pressure in the showers is on the lower side, but we appreciated that the water got really hot! The upstairs is not a private room, more like a loft, but still cool that it had a bathroom up there. Vince and Nuno were awesome caretakers and tour guides! Took care of us and assisted us with every big and little thing, were kind, and gave us 5 star service! We would definitely come back again ☺️

it was a perfect place to stay when you want to access everything Boracay has to offer because of its great location at the heart of Station 2 near D'Mall. highly recommended and will probably my choice of stay the next time i'll go to Boracay again 🤗

Clean apartment, amazing location walking distance from the beach, and a responsive host who will work with you if any questions need to be answered. All those positives along with an amazing price, what more do you need? Also it’s situated in Station 3, literally less than a minute walk, 15 seconds if you run! All conveniently located in Station 3.

Apart from the loud rooster crowing waking you up early in the morning, you'll be happy staying here for the night ;) Daniel turned out to be a communicative person, providing necessary instructions before arrival. I recommend this place thanks

Great place just a few minutes walk to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. the place is spacious for the price and the AC blows ice cold. We really enjoyed the comfortable set up. Just be aware the bedroom wall does not go all the way to the ceiling and the stairs to access the unit are quite steep. not for a guest with mobility limitations but no big deal otherwise. Great value overall, and the host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.

The view from the balcony is gorgeous and definitely worth the hike up the steps. The resident geckos kept the room free of bugs (their little chirps were cute).

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The neighborhood is very peaceful, which was a nice escape from the busy and touristy parts of Boracay. Communication was excellent throughout, and the caretaker, Ate Gema, was very attentive and helpful. One thing I really appreciated is how well-equipped the place is in case of a power outage. There’s a generator that kicks in during blackouts—it’s a bit loud at first, but you quickly get used to it, and honestly, if you’re out enjoying the beach, you won’t even notice. They also have a backup electric fan with batteries, which came in handy. Towels were provided, and the kitchen has all the utensils you need if you want to cook. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared space. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing Airbnb away from the crowds, this is definitely the place to stay!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I checked in late because my flight was delayed but the staff was ready to accommodate me anytime. The location is at the back of the Stations which is very peaceful. The accomodation was very convenient with working fridge and stove. You can save a lot of money just by cooking. The market is just a few minutes away. Highly recommended place to stay in Boracay. Also good for families and friends. The hot shower is working. The AC is very cold. Overall, my stay was great. Will choose this again if given the chance to come back to Boracay.

Great place to unwind away from bustling crowd, had good restaurants surrounding the area. The kitchen is easy to maneuver with complete set of utensils. Bathroom was spotless and have good water flow. Place is highly recommended! 10/10
