Great villa in a great residential location! Close to communal pool. Also close to Global Village and other smaller malls, around 25 min drive to downtown Dubai. Perfect for families. Very responsive host, clean and tidy villa!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipée. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Communication facile et efficace, chambre spacieuse et propre, rue calme. Les commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied, la plage à 5 min à pieds. Yasmine, la concierge, est souriante et serviable. Je remercie Wafa et Dalila de leur hospitalité. Je recommande ce logement, et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Overall great villa and great host. My family and I had a wonderful 1-month stay. We were three adults and one toddler. The villa was fully equipped to accommodate our needs: incl. bath necessities, kitchen utensils, cleaning and washing amenities. The kid had a great time out in the garden, as well as at the kids’ playgrounds and pool. They are literally at a one minute walk away from the house. The community is very nice: clean and safe, the families are very polite and easy-going. The only drawback is that the community is not fully completed and there is nothing else - like shops, supermarkets, park, etc. On the other hand, you can get everything delivered 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, it is quite far from the basic tourist destinations. There is much traffic in the city, so you should spare 35-45 minutes by taxi.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

We had a fantastic stay as a group of 10 at this Airbnb in JVC where everything was exactly as described. The location is absolutely perfect when you going around by car—Dubai Marina, Downtown or other trips are very easy to reach due to the short approximate of the highway. Private parking made everything super convenient. The house is modern, beautiful designed, superbly clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities provided for a comfortable stay. We had fun playing billiard, cooking together or watching a movie on the large screen in the living. Cheene was responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for groups and families.

It was a great choice to stay in there, lot of things to do, Nasro is very attentive and always ready to help; near the place you can walk to the beach and try a lot of restaurants… I’ll definitely recommend this place, it felt like being at home.

It was really beautiful and well cleaned villa and with private driveway parking. very quite area and privacy. any issues Mr Hira always been helpful person 24/7. definitely recommending this place if anyone travelling to dubai best location if you need to travel dubai mall, Emirate mall, Jbr, marina, anywhere you need to travel only takes 20 to 25 mins drive. swimming pool only 4 to minutes walk away and really good and gym 24/7. stayed with family and kids for 14 days felt like home. and price is worth it. if any one need to book ride Mr Hira always provide this service aswell with tesla and good price. in my 14 days experience in dubai with family i will definitely saying Mr Hira thanks alot for everything and the best services and will definitely book this villa again.
