The house is on an island, so that made it unique right away. The island was very clean and the reef was easy to access for scuba diving and snorkeling. Theres only 1 restaurant on the island, but it was in a beautiful location and served delicious food. The house had 2 kayaks which we used daily to explore the area. The boattaxis can get a bit expensive, if you're using them multiple times a day. The location was beautiful, quiet and safe. Theres nothing going on at night, so if you want bars and restaurants, this isn't the place for you. We stayed in West End before Oakridge amd we preferred Oakridge bc of the are being less populated with tourists. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at the house. The view from the deck never gets old. Francisco was excellent to deal with. He meets you at the house to go over everything there. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

La casa de playa de Ryan es un lugar muy bonito, relajante y tranquilo. Todo estaba bastante limpio, está muy bien equipado (juegos de mesa, suficientes toallas, electrodomésticos, utensilios para cocinar, Kayaks, etc), los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien. Tiene una excelente vista al mar, sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que no se puede bañar en el área que está frente a la casa, ya que es poco profundo (el agua llega a los tobillos), pero si usas los kayaks y avanzas unos 100 metros a la derecha, puedes nadar en el área de los manglares, donde el nivel del agua es más profundo, color azul turquesa. También mencionar que Ryan siempre estuvo atento sobre nuestra estadía y Kendra es una persona muy amable, nos obsequió unas ricas donas hechas en casa, que estaban deliciosas. Definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento y espero volver pronto.

The stay at Todd and Lori’s was something out of a DREAM! The upstairs balcony is stunning and always has a great breeze so you’re never too hot! The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything you need is there snorkel gear to kitchen utensils. It’s close to many things off the beaten path which makes it perfect so you don’t run into too many people! Delicious food is right around the corner too!

Living Waters Casita was a beautiful place to escape to the beach and enjoy the solitude of Roatan's east end. The drive from Coxen Hole is somewhat challenging but what we expected for Caribbean islands. The Casita is gorgeous, only 150' to the beach. There are 4 local restaurants within walking distance. Lany (on site maintenance) was responsive and helpful to all our questions and needs. Both Sheri and Blaine were also responsive to concerns. The east end is great for relaxing, beach activities, bird watching, and watersports, otherwise there are very few other attractions/activities.

Having stayed 5 dif places between Roatan and Belize - this house was our favorite. The cleanest, and no bugs in the house at all! The kayak and paddle boards were great fun , reef is right out front. Able to kayak through mangroves , the deck over the water was our favorite place to hang out - coffee up there in the am, and amazing sunsets at night. Brian the groundskeeper/ maintenance guy was there must days , very kind and helpful, brought us bait for fishing , cocanut bread for eating, and just a real nice helpful guy - would absolutely stay here again . Hosts were super responsive , full of suggestions for outings etc- did I say how clean and bug free the house was??👍👍

The home is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The master bedroom is spacious and gorgeous, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The downstairs bedrooms are a bit darker, but our kids didn’t mind at all—they absolutely loved their space. One of the highlights of our trip was being able to snorkel right off the front of the house, which was an amazing experience. We also booked a snorkeling trip with Joe, who picked us up right from the house by boat and took us to swim with nurse sharks—an unforgettable adventure! The road leading to the house is unpaved, but we had no trouble getting there in a small SUV—just take it slow. The airport is about 30 minutes away, and Eldon’s grocery store is a convenient 15-minute drive. Dave, the property manager, was always nearby and super helpful whenever we needed anything.

This is my second year staying and it will become my usual for years to come as long as it sticks around. It’s the perfect get away from the winter back in the states Luke is always so friendly and accommodating. Literally any time I have a question or need. He’s right there. Everything is so clean and smells so nice. The kayak is a personal favorite for morning and sunset water access. I especially enjoyed the water floats this year, to just relax while staying cool. It’s the perfect quiet, private, remote beach stay without a lot of people or noise.

I booked Gabriel and Nildas place because I was interested in Camp Bays kitesurfing classes. I am so happy that I ended up staying with them! From thew moment I arrived until the day I left they were communicative helpful and treated me like a close friend. Throughout the week Nilda and Gabriel gave me information about the local history on the island which was awesome (Im a history nerd)! Their dog had such an amazing personality and I saw all three of them at least once a day. They have made an incredible effort to give back to the land and their community on the East side of the island! I am very fortunate to be able to stay with them and plan to return soon! Thanks for the great trip! You all made it one for the books!

AMAZING place, family lifestyle, cool vibes ! We appreciate our marvelous stay with every peaceful and funny peoples out there ! The House Reef Wall was very close to the warf, the snorkeling out there was awesome, 3m long stingray, lot different fishes, giant porcupine fish, octopus, lobsters, great blue sea, faboulus marine life. The salt pool : Great for swim and snorkeling. Snorkeling at night is great too ! All the staff was great , full of love and attention. The food was really good. Keith at the bar: more than excellent. David : enternetainement is : 10/10 ! Dilcia : great manager, ask her whatever, she gonna realize it. Her father guide us in a incredible day in mangrove, barracuda, jack fish and lobster fishing for dinner, snorkeling etc. not crowdy. 9 pm everything is quiet. Funny Dinner time. David put some old funky songs, reggea,etc. too make sure that was the coolest night of your life. Dont forget dancing Smily-Geoges. Is the spot to stay on the quiet side, eastend !!!!

Caribe bight is a great area of the island. Serene, quiet (although there was a house being constructed in the area 😁) and very close to the water. Our host was outstanding in providing access to the property, as we arrived a few hours earlier from the airport. The property was just as described and is perfect if you plan on spending your days enjoying outside and relaxing in the evening on the huge porch while grilling your meal! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Windwood Serenity at Caribe Bight was a great experience. Such a beautiful setting with lots of great views and breezes! Being able to snorkel and kayak right from the dock was fantastic. Nancy and Phil were the best hosts, very responsive and accommodating to requests. Very eager to share their knowledge of the local restaurants, dive shops and other things on the island. Truly nice people! :) Being on the mid-east side of the island, the roads are rather rough so if your driving be ready for a few bumps. And make sure you have at least a mid-size SUV or even better a 4WD if your continuing even further east to Camp Bay Beach. Overall a wonderful trip and stay at Windwood and would absolutely stay there again. Looking forward to our next visit already!

This condo met my family's needs during our diving trip. The owner helped me connect with her property manager, and she in turn coordinated transportation for us (a) from the airport to the condo with an intermediate stop for groceries and (b) from the condo back to the airport at the end of our trip. The owner was flexible about our check-in time, and the property manager met us upon arrival, ensuring that we had access to the condo and were familiar with all of its resources before she departed. The upstairs neighbors sprang into action when we had a WiFi problem, and they helped ensure that we were able to access an alternate WiFi source. We only used the AC in the two bedrooms at night, and we ended up paying an extra $25 in electricity charges for our 5-night stay in early April. There's ample cross-ventilation during the daytime when the doors are open. The condo's location makes for a safe and peaceful environment that's a short walk to restaurants and dive centers.

We had a great week at this condo! Vanessa was extremely responsive to all questions. She arranged our pick up at the airport which was very helpful. The condo was spacious for our family of four and the pool was a great amenity. We loved taking a water taxi to the Mayan Princess in West Bay to enjoy the beach and pool. Snorkeling was amazing right off the beach! The condo was a short walk to all of the great restaurants in West End. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Like some others said, the linens & decor could use a refresh but overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Even before we arrived Ada was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Her property was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website and she made us feel as though we were staying with friends! The location of her property is in the middle of everything while still delivering the feeling of a secluded oasis. Sunsets on the patio were unforgettable and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Roatan !

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the views were spectacular, the place its self is much better than staying in a 5 star hotel. We went there for diving and all of the main dive sites were walking distance. The communication with Bill and Ramona was amazing.

Great place. Mellisa recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Jacksons dive shop is a 1 minute walk up the road. They were fantastic. Mellisa also recommended a driver, Marco. He was the best and we never needed a rental car.

This place is perfect!!. The complex is secure, staff is friendly, its peaceful and very spacious. The deck was breezy and relaxing and we spent lots of time enjoying the ocean and pool view. We fed the turtles in the lagoon every morning, the grocery store is less than 10 minute walk as well as a pharmacy and there is a fruit/veggie stall along the way which was perfect for us. The 4 pools were a fabulous option even though a private beach was close by for a small fee. Wanda was very prompt with any questions we had as was the reception staff. They were a wealth of information as to what to see, do, how to get there etc. We found this complex very relaxing and stress free. We did not feel the need to rent a car as taxi's were affordable and easy to get, and we could walk to get what we needed at Eldon's Grocery. We were right on the main road so you could hear the traffic but not a deal breaker. We highly recommend Wanda's place and can't imagine staying anywhere else.

We stayed 8 nights. I highly recommend this place. Great location. Beach is 2 blocks. Many restaurants are in walking distance. This Airbnb has a lot of character. High ceilings and ceiling fans help with cooling. AC's in every room cooled the place easily. Huge front porch with furniture and grill. Kitchen was well stocked. Caroline was responsive to all of our needs and questions. Good value for money.

Had a great stay here! The location was perfect—super private, yet walking distance to everything we needed and close to the dive shop. The pool was incredibly refreshing after long days in the sun, and the airport taxi made getting here a breeze. Only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror, but otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks again!
