Great quiet place away from the busy tourist areas. We had three families in the house and it was plenty big for all of us to sleep. We did run into issues eating as we had to stand since there are only 6 seats at the table and we had 12. There were barstools, but they were about as high as the island. Also, it’s hard to have 12 people moving around in the kitchen, make sure you have one person cooking at a time. As my family says, it’s a two butt kitchen and not one more will fit. The other issue was we read plenty of towels. With the 4 provide beach towels, we had enough. We regretted not bringing our own towels as we were constantly running out or using really small ones even hand towels to bathe. Lastly, while the bedroom was quiet, the beds were mushy and should definitely be replaced. We are all in our 40s or close to it so our backs were hurting. The couch, game area, movie theatre, and outside campfire area was great! There is plenty of parking for 3 mini vans too! Thank you.

Nice home, cute community, pleasant host. Keep in mind they are building new homes next door and throughout the community. The weekend and evenings were quiet, but during the weekdays there was a lot of noise and activity. It wasn't really an issue for us, but might be for someone looking to stay in, with quiet peace and solitude.

This home was just perfect! Right in the heart of Downtown Dandridge - 2nd Oldest city in TN. The views are breathtaking. The home is just a pictured, super clean, stocked with everything you need, the hosts were amazing too. We will be back to this gem for sure. I promise if you book you will be elated!

4 guys weekend of fishing and boating. TV worked great for NCAA tournament watching. Lots of wildlife deer and turkey.

Wesley was great, very communicative! The house was perfect for a large family gathering. Everything was just as photographed. So much to do at the house we barely had to leave. The fire pit was the best place to gather as a family! We would love to go back again! Amazing experience!

Private, peaceful, pristine! Melissa and Mike's property has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Smoky Mountains. It is well-appointed, immaculately clean, and convenient to all area attractions. The ductless ac/heating system works like a dream! Melissa and Mike are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Listen to the birds sing and the cows moo while enjoying a gorgeous view from the the back deck!

I have never left a review before. I HAD to after staying at Shelly's place. It was phenomenal!! Clean, cozy, cheery, private, homey, restful, snug, safe, serene, happy to name just a few. Shelly provides so many extras that other B&Bs don't - both tangible and intangible. She's a beautiful soul and you feel her touches in every room, every day. She hand delivered a 1/2 gallon of frozen yogurt after she heard I was gluten free and wasn't able to eat the delicious cookies she left. The ONLY disappoint you'll have is when you have to leave. Oh and her new rental property is just GORGEOUS and ON POINT. It's right down the road. We took a peek before we headed home. Best of luck Shelly!! We hope to see you again!!!!

Me and the family went, husband and kids. Specifically for the pool and hot tub but we ended up playing all the games and more. It was soooo nice and clean (coming from a germaphobe) I usually sanitize the whole place we go, didn’t feel the need for this place at all lol. It’s so updated and just immaculate. Gave us inspo for our house when we buy a house! Lovely lovely. We def will be back, the kids already asked haha. Highly recommend to anyone, seriously. Thank you all!

The property is gorgeous—perched in the mountains with a stunning view and the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen. It felt like we were alone on the edge of the world in the most peaceful, private, and serene setting. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Julie had curated every detail with love and intention. The atmosphere was designed to promote relaxation and connection with nature—something we felt in every corner of the space. We also opted for the romance package and it was beyond worth it. Candles lined the path to the outdoor tub, and we were greeted with champagne, wine, and a fresh fruit board. It was elegant, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable. Julie has thought of everything. This is a place we plan to return to at least once a year for as long as we live in North Carolina. It’s more than just a stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget.

This house is perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space to spread out! There were at least 2 portable cribs to use. Air mattresses if you needed them. TVs and plenty of lounging areas! Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked! It was a huge hit for our family gathering of 3 siblings and their families and grandparent’s!

Julie’s Haven was stunning. My husband and I went for a much needed weekend away and the view is absolutely jaw dropping as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect amount of space with such thoughtful touches in every corner. Julie has really thought of EVERYTHING! She was so responsive with any question I had or concern. We are already planning next year’s trip up. So gorgeous and restful. We made a hike over to the view point and soaked that in and dreamed of having a view like that one day. Just book it. It is luxury in the mountains!

Four Sisters on a Tennessee vacation! We cut off 75 north onto Hwy 441 and it brought us right to Applewood Tavern adjacent to our Villa complex!! Beautiful drive! The villa is in a perfect location! 5 minutes to everything, Walmart, restaurants and much more! Dollywood 12 minutes! The villa is furnished so pretty! You will love the decor! The kitchen is complete! Very clean and supplied with extra towels and linens! Patio and front porch so accommodating!! Ceiling fans in bedrooms were a plus!! Perfect location!!

We had a wonderful family gathering and the accommodations were perfect! The house was very clean and had ample supplies of towels, TP, dish and laundry soap. We loved hanging with the family of goats! It is a secluded place, and Parker’s directions were spot on. We found it with no problems! Would highly recommend!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Victor & Tammy's cabin. the place looked brand new, the view was incredible, and it felt like home. We've already shared the listing with friends and hope to return in the near future.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

My boyfriend and I took our first long weekend vacation here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hot tub was AMAZING after going roughly 14 miles to Mt Leconte! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were very tourist trap-ish but we still had fun nonetheless. The smokies were the highlight of the trip. This location was easy to get into the park, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and very peaceful!

I really enjoyed my time at this cabin. It was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and peaceful. The cabin felt very welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a nice getaway.

We used Chelsey’s place to celebrate a long overdue family holiday. The space was perfect for everyone. We were able to get 3 families together under one roof. They had it decorated for the holidays making it feel less like a vacation home and more like our house. Chelsey was accommodating and very kind.

My husband and I came with our 4 kids for spring break and the cabin was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing the games provided together as a family. We were about 20-25 mins from pigeon forge and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We had a great time and highly recommend!

We came for spring break. The cabin was really nice my family and I enjoyed ourselves. The air did stop working while we were there and we weren’t able get it fixed because of the holiday which honestly wasn’t that big of a deal. We ended up having to leave early due to a family emergency however the host was still very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was easy to find and secluded from the main strip for quiet nights. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

I wanted to say they did everything to make this trip extra special. We had an amazing time and will be back one day. The king size bad was so comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, as well as the shower. The hot water was fantastic :). Thanks for a great memorable trip.
