The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

This little cottage has just what you need for a simple, easy-going getaway in the quaint village of Cape Vincent. It is freshly painted and updated with new flooring, window treatments, and upgraded with new furnishings and appliances. View the beautiful St. Lawrence River from inside or out. The convenient location makes it easy to walk to a number of restaurants, shops, and events often taking place in the village. A boat dock is available nearby for an extra fee.
