Evimiz toptan elektrik malzemeleri satan dükkanlarının olduğu bir konumdadır. Gün içerisinde pencereleri açık bıraktığınızda yük taşıyan işçilerin bağrışlarını duyabilirsiniz. Fakat pencereler kapalıyken, bu sesler çok az duyuluyor. Onun dışında etrafında gece kulübü gürültüsü yok. Akşam 18:00 sonrası sokak sessizleşiyor. Cumartesi öğleden sonra ve pazar günü tamamen sessiz. Pencereler de karartma perdeleri mevcut. Klima mevcut. Kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcı mevcut. Ev 35 m2. 1 inci kattadır.

Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
