Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

We loved the location, very walkable to coffee, food, and more. The proximity to the beach is fabulous, the space is well-equipped, and the local’s guide provided in the listing has all you need. Wish we had looked at it sooner but we’ll be back to explore some more! The hosts live above the unit and are friendly.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

Whitney's house was beyond what we expected. We've stayed in multiple AirBNB homes and Whitney's felt most comfortable. Spending the mornings on the dock drinking coffee was amazing, and the walk to the beach was so easy. The location was great. The house was close enough to the city do quickly drive there and spend the day, yet far enough away to be removed from the crowds and enjoy the quiet. We would highly recommend staying there.

We truly loved our stay! Patricia was amazing to work with the entire time. The house was beautiful and the view was like a picture out of a magazine. If you are looking for a tranquil place for peace and quiet this is it. We had a place to reconnect as a family and just chill out…..St Augustine was a close drive and when we want to explore we were able to in just minutes. We hope to stay again! Thanks for everything!

The space was open, inviting and the view from the dock of the river was amazing! We used the boat and kayaks, fished from the dock, got to rest in the chairs next to the pool and swim. David was friendly and super responsive to all of our needs and questions. Definitely recommend for vacation or stay-cation!!!

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

We stayed at Chris's for almost 6 weeks. The location is great, very quiet and a pleasant walk to the beautiful Cresent beach! Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard! We found the home to be comfortable and incuded all the necessary amenities. Chris was attentive yet gave us our own space. The recommenmdation for Viola's (Italian restaurant) was spot on! We went there 3 times. All in all we had a great stay and certainly recommend Chris's place!

The surroundings are unbeatable. The house is very comfortable. There are plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. The dock is fantastic! The house has great lighting, something that's often missing at AirBnB rentals. Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It's close enough to St. Augustine that you can easily go there for the day, but far enough from everything that it feels very secluded. Publix is only about 15 minutes away in Palatka. Tyler was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay!

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. As Air BNB hosts ourselves we notice all the details and Misti does a wonderful job. Would definitely book again when we return to the St. Augustine area. Thank you, Melinda and John

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

The location awesome. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained. The pool was clean, the water was warm and it wasn’t too busy. The boardwalk to the ocean was great. We regularly saw several turtles near the boardwalk. The condo’s air conditioning and heat was spot on. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the room for a wonderful stay. Jeremy, the owner is first rate. Super friendly and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants in the area. The leather furniture and tile floors were great for all my allergies. We had a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room. I could go on and on.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

Our stay was amazing! The AC was down when we arrived (early, but the hosts were very accommodating). We left for the beach, came back and went to dinner and it was working perfectly when we got back. Pamela was very proactive to getting it fixed. The condo was clean, tidy, and a great place to vacation. Being right on the beach, you simply had to grab your chairs and you’re steps away from the ocean. Highly recommend!
