Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

Paul was amazing he was extremely kind and responsive to all of us. Something very little happened and Paul was quick to resolve it even if it wasn’t a big deal and made sure we were ok and gladly helped out as quickly as possible. Never have or my friends had a more amazing person do our air b&b we hope next year to see him and his places again!!!

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". We needed a house with a dock. Although it was not directly on the river, there was an access to the channels leading to the house’s dock. Make sure to have Google map to see where the entry to the channel parallel to the river is located. The low tide gives you about 3 feet of water. Most boats will go without problems. The house had beautiful doors and decorations. We would stay on it again.

My sister and I stayed at the cabin for a reunion with our third sister living in Keystone. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake views from the porch, the quiet setting, the several conversation spaces inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a Keurig coffee maker and a welcome gift basket. I personally loved kayaking with life jacket provided and the outdoor shower with its instant hot water! Thank you for all the thoughtful and decorative touches that made us feel so at home together again.

C'était notre 1ere expérience en Airbnb et nous devons avouer que c'était au delà de nos attentes!¡! Tout etait conforme a la description Caroline et Martin sont des hotes exceptionnels !!!! Ils ont un petit coin de paradis qu'ils adorent et ça paraît !!!! Nous sommes chanceux d'avoir pu y séjourner!!! Nous le recommandons a 100% La plage privéea environ 10 min de marche est magnifique et tres intime!!! Merci encore pour tout!!!!!

We live in an RV fulltime and my husband had knee replacement surgery and needed a more accommodating place to recover for a couple of weeks that was located in close proximity of our residence in order for us to check up on our other pets and maintain our garden while we were away. This was perfect! The Klare Kottage was private, peaceful,clean and locatex in a nice neighborhood. It had a beautiful view of the lake that my husband could see right out the front windows while he recovered and provided fishing,kayaking or sunset/sunrise views for me to enjoy and keep entertained while he rested. Having a place to stay that our dog was able to be with us and was more safely accessible than our current residence was a HUGE relief and made an already stressful event more bearable and accelerated his post operative recovery progress exponentially. We will definately return if temporary accommodations are needed in the future while we are at base camp versus seasonal traveling. Many thanks!

Exactly as described - don't come here if you want a hotel like atmosphere (which we did not). Perfect for a private family getaway away from it all. Quiet, tucked away, but close enough to anything you might want or need if you don't mind a short drive. Our family would definitely stay here again 🙂

Fun and cozy place to spend the weekend. The backyard was great and the host was kind enough to leave a few snacks for the visit. Highly recommend this home!
