It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Morgan was professional from the beginning to the end of the rental. Community was exceptional, left detailed information in email prior to stay and prior to departure. This was an excellent choice, utilizing this space. E. Bond 1/13/25 thru 1/17/25

Beautiful place and very close to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. however, It would have been nice to already have a listing of places to eat and things to do in the area. Finding the apt was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and very responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and peaceful but still close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. We had an l amazing stay in St Augustine! The space was beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and attractions. Paul was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

It was such a great place to stay. So clean and so beautifully decorated. I really felt like I was in a spa setting. We overlooked the pool and it was so peaceful and calm. The place was very safe and people so friendly. The amenities were awesome with access to 2 pools,fitness center and pickle ball courts within walking distance!!!Also the kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking and baking!!! I can’t wait to come back!! The owner was so accommodating and helped us out with letting us stay even longer than we had planned. It was truly the best place to stay while visiting my sister!!! It felt like home

We had a great time - family came to visit in twos and loved all the amenities. The condo was in a great location with views of the ocean (and turtles in the dunes). We were close to the pool, hot tub and grill. The beach is close - and beautiful. The condo was well-stocked and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

Amber was super helpful and always communicated right away! We loved this sweet condo and will definitely be back for another weekend getaway!

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our family spring break trip at Kevin & Lindsey's condo. They gave me very detailed and easy to understand instructions for check-in, the place was clean and well stocked (we enjoyed the beach chairs), and it was a really peaceful community. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the heated pool! The only thing to note, this was definitely a community for older people as there were not many children during our stay. I feel like we may have invaded the pool during water aerobics one morning. Our kids are 8 and 10, so they kept to themselves but it would have been nice to see more families around. It could have just been that our spring break was early. We were in bed early and up early. It was really quiet and peaceful during our whole stay. Oh, and parking was close by and easy too! We know the area well and the location was close to pretty much everything. We would absolutely return in the future.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

The home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was easy to find and just a quick walk away from the community pool and playground. We had a great time.

Yelena was very responsive! Asked about a grill and at first she said no. A couple days later she sent me a pic of a new Weber grill! The Mr. Coffee went out and she had a new one on the porch in 30 mins! She also let us use the garage door opener which was very helpful with multiple load in/outs for a wedding. All questions before arrival we answered very promptly! Nice place. Comfortable for six separate sleeping adults. Three nice full baths. Bedrooms are 1 down and 4 up which could be very useful with a guest with mobility issues!

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and garden are ideal for relaxing. It’s within walking distance of a great coffee shop, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at Danielle’s place and it was everything we remembered it being. The house was clean, beds comfortable, there’s room to spread out and it’s in a quiet location central to our needs. Danielle is always very friendly and responsive to my questions. It was a great stay!
