The apartment is ideal for two adults. The room height of 200cm is rather low.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, bloss 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt vom Bahnhof Interlaken Ost und 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt von der Höhenmatte und der Aussicht dort auf die Jungfrau. Das Haus wurde 1911 erbaut und ist ein typisches, altes denkmalgeschütztes Schweizerhaus. Die Küche ist gross und mit allem ausgestattet. Aus jedem Fenster bietet sich ein schöner Blick in den Garten. Auch die Berge sind sichtbar! Es hat kein TV und kein Wohnzimmer!

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien und Gruppen.
