Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This townhome has quick access to I-15, Pebble Creek Ski Area, is 22 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. Enjoy an occasional toot from passing trains.

Bring the family and relax in this cute 850 sq ft home! Two comfy queen bedrooms and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa and 65” TV make plenty of space for everyone.
