Ilocos Norte: aluguéis por temporada com café da manhã

We had a great time staying at Balai Condominium. The host is very accommodating, no hassle in check in and check out. They move us to a more convenient unit/room, tjeir staff will assist you right away. The place is spacious, you can do your own cooking. All in all Awesome Experience for me and my family.

Host is accommodating, I accidentally booked the Triangle hut and canceled, it's good for families. Ended up booking the couple rooms. On the listing, it has a no refund policy but still get a refund once we sorted out my mistakes. Location is beachfront, peaceful at night. You can hear the ocean waves sound which is soothing, If you're a nature lover. It's a nice location but we weren't able to swim in the ocean since it was windy and too rough. We used the swimming pool and it's a good size. Lillia's team are very helpful. We used a water kettle and bucket to have warm water for a quick shower. Rooms are clean and you can use their big open kitchen for a minimal fee. We stayed for two nights and brought in some groceries for breakfast and dinner. There is a nearby local cafeteria if you need to dine in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great experience we had in emma's place...rooms are exactly what u see in their post at the same time their garden is wide with nice big swimming pool at the back...we just lack of time to enjoy their pool area...surely i recommend this place...breakfast is also good same as their caretaker who are very approachable...

First, this place is awesome! Very clean and modern. Very well maintained. Resort like feeling. Right on the beach of a fishing village. Go for long walks on the beach while observing the locals daily fishing activities. You can by freshly caught fish off the boat which I did. Second, Onar is a great host. Friendly and always available to make sure you have everything you need and we'll taken care of. Goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I've been a long time world traveler and AirBnb customer and this has to be the best stay I experienced. Thank you Onar!

Hosts are responsive with my concerns and ate Kathleen woke up early since our arrival is 5AM, I appreciate her a lot. I had a problem lang with insects kasi I had insect bites siguro kasi with the trees outside. And also wala masyado magawa in the room kasi walang Netflix and Youtube. But overall, we're happy with our stay. Super nice po ng place and peaceful. And super bait ng hosts. I will give 5 stars. Thank you.

Very nice place

Rosita’s place was very clean and had ample space. It came complete with free toiletries, towels, and had an oven toaster and microwave. With free breakfast to boot, you get more than your money’s worth here. The caretaker was also very nice and accommodating. We arrived so late due to traffic but they welcomed us so kindly without complaints at all. If you’re looking for a simple place to stay here during your tours that won’t break your bank, Rosita’s place is highly recommended.
