Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Sage Cottage

Peaceful guest house just 5 minutes from downtown Twin Falls. Our 9 acre property has a gated entrance shared with our home. Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. My family and I live next door and are happy to help with anything you might need during your visit to Twin Falls.

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.
