To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

Exceptionally, amazingly clean, very comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated without clutter (hurrah!). We especially appreciated the new Kurig and having a dishwasher! Wes and Julie provided timely communication, and we appreciated the very detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on accessing the unit. If you love the West Virginia topography and culture as we do, the narrow drive will not be a surprise or worry at all! Plus, there is tons of room for parking and turning around and everyone is quite friendly so navigation was a breeze!

The host and co-host where both very communicative, and the house was in expensive. There are some minor updates the home could use. But overall a good experience.

This was our second time staying at the house. Couldn't have been happier, yet again. It's an amazing space where our family that lives locally can all come and visit while we're in town.

Enjoyed my stay here! My dog and I were in town for an event at Marshall and it was perfect for the weekend- quick drive over to Marshall, and the neighborhood has many sidewalks which makes it easy to walk your dog. The bed and couch were very comfortable and my dog seemed to adjust well to the house quickly which is important to me when traveling with him. The inside of the house was pristine and had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again if I am ever back in town!

John is an incredibly nice host. Super communicative and helpful. We were there for just one night (family of 4 + dog) and it was the perfect spot to rest in the middle of a long 2 day drive.

I had a wonderful time here! The home was clean, quiet, and easy to find. A grocery store and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. What stood out for me was the host's quick response to any questions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had no problems with the home while I was there and would definitely stay here again!

Kim was a fantastic host. She knew that my husband and I were visiting to spend Christmas with his family in January and she left the Christmas tree up to make it feel more authentic. She also checked on us due to the big snowfall we all received from WV to TN (which is where we live) just to see if we were going to okay making the trip. Never had a host care so much. We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds.
