1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
