BJ and Hannah's place was amazing. Great communication made everything easy. Beds were comfortable. Linens were quality. Furnishings were lovely. The views were very good and we were blessed enough to see snow on the mountain! It was peaceful with no traffic noise. The cleanliness was immaculate. The spa was clean and hot which was much appreciated. Super close and easy to get to Hobart city which was a bonus . We adored our stay and wish it was longer.

This house was in a very central location. we found it especially convenient to go everywhere we needed to see in Hobart. The only downside is there are no internet connection on the bedrooms downstairs. Overall is really a nice house, spacious and magnificent view.

Breath takingly beautiful views from the living areas and some bedrooms. Definitely a location that needs a car but there are shops and cafes close by. Great communication from the host.

Michael was a great host. Quick responses and very friendly. The house itself it’s beautiful and clean. Spacious rooms with an awesome outdoor area including a clean warm spa.

Stayed here for a week, Li’s place was comfortable and we definitely felt at home. Would highly recommend.

Overall it was great. There was a problem when we arrived where the downstairs guest somehow accessed the keys to our space, and had moved in and settled in. When we arrived to find our space occupied, we contacted the host. He arrived in less than 5 minutes. He arranged for the other guests to move to their correct space and then he changed all bed-linen and completely cleaned the house for us. He did everything he could to rectify the situation. We had to wait some time for this, but under the circumstances we were grateful that he resolved the issue. The beds were comfy and everything was perfect. The host was very accommodating for us when we requested a late checkout - it was much appreciated. We didn't realise that it was a split house - that we had the upstairs and another guest had downstairs. It didn't bother us, but the listing didn't mention this so it was unexpected.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard’s nest for my partner’s 40th. It was really relaxing, beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend for a place to relax and reset.

Such a peaceful and relaxing place to end our Tassie trip. Gorgeous little cottage in a beautiful area. Thanks so much to Karen for being so friendly and making us feel at home. The kids really enjoyed picking your yummy fresh fruit with you and playing frisbee and finska on the lawn. Definitely recommend!

Serene and spectacular. This was the perfect place to stay to switch off from everything. If you’re looking for something wonderfully peaceful but still just a short drive from Hobart this is your place. This cosy home was exactly as described, making for a spacious and comfortable stay

Perfect location, the property is better than the pictures, great outlook, serenity some of the best sunrises I have seen. Anna and Tim were the best hosts, loads of beautiful touches, cheese and chocolate - very responsive and so helpful with great local recommendations. Would return again and recommend to any friends wanting a slice of luxury and a real getaway. 5 Star plus !!

The most cosiest beds and linen. Warm and cosy when arriving for an Autumn late arvo. Bathroom was big and very clean. Great WIFI for a Rom com movie. Will stay again❤️
