The mountains are calling! The Larkspur cabin & bunkhouse are the perfect Vallecito escape. Located just north of Vallecito Reservoir. Cabin: 4 beds, 1.5 baths (5 guests). Bunkhouse: 1 bed & fold mattress (2 add’l). Marina is 3 miles away, trails less than a mile. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle. Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

Cozy Studio in Lake City

Sitting at the base of iconic Round Top Mountain and within walking distance to downtown Lake City is this comfortable studio apartment. The space is attached to the host's year-round home, but has its own private entrance and parking. Enjoy a fire on the attached private porch, or head across the street for a local favorite hike. After a day of exploring, relax in the queen bed and cook in the stocked kitchenette. We’re happy to host you and share tips to help you enjoy beautiful Lake City!

This uniquely comfortable cabin is super cute and refreshingly FUN !!! With Vallecito Lake views and direct access, via a walk, off your own comfortable private deck. The large master bedroom is a perfect romantic retreat. If kids or extra family are in the mix, they will love the bunk house loft it will surely please with its 3 comfortable beds! (Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

Vallecito Mountain Refuge

This unique cabin sits on 11 acres directly bordering the San Juan National Forest and features a Private Fishing Pond, Mountain Streams, Fields of Wildflowers, and Mountain Views. Proximal to Vallecito Lake, it is a perfect place for a back to nature vacation where you can relax on a covered deck, paddle a canoe, fish on your own glassy pond, encounter a variety of wildlife, gaze into an endless starry night, and enjoy the crystal clear water and cool fresh air of Colorado Mountain Living.

“Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin”

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

2,750 sq ft Victorian Lake City home 10 min walk to most shops and restaurants downtown. Large comfy beds, BBQ, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of board games. Remodeled 2024. Plenty of room for friends and family with 3 master suites (each with private bathrooms), a kids room with 4 bunk beds, and two large living rooms. Property is on .5 acres allowing plenty of parking. Oversized 2-car garage with ~6 additional parking spaces outside for OHVs, trailers, and other vehicles.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful mountain and lake views sleeps up to 8. Fire pit BbQ all you need!! Pets are considered on an individual case basis but fee and deposit required Please note I didn’t use professional photographer— so the place actually looks much much better in person!!! Also please note if you are booking for a 2 week stay or longer we require you hire a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean. This is only for longer stay bookings. Thank you

Modern Cabin Near Rio Grande- Dog-Friendly Retreat

Welcome to the Hummingbird Hideaway! Nestled in a charming mountain valley “neighborhood” of cabins, this 2/2 modern cozy cabin sits on one acre and opens up to your own national forest playground. With close-up mountain views, three outdoor areas, a bonus sleep/hangout loft, and the headwaters of the Rio Grande flowing just down the way, this is a perfect mountain vacation spot. 🐶We love dogs but before booking you must select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

Backcountry Basecamp 3

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
