Our close proximity to the lake allows you easy access to a boat ramp, swimming, fishing, tubing, boating, cliff jumping, and just enjoying the water. Come- Rest, relax and unwind!

If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

We are located in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood and walking to the lake is one of our favorite things to do. Close proximity to several marinas, restaurants, trails, golfing, wineries, wedding venues and Waco and Dallas. Boats are welcome, plenty of room.
