Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

Natural light pools into your completely private escape. A reading nook and desk allows for work, while a vintage MCM couch with pull out allows for extra guests to stay with you.

Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.
