Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. 15 minutes to the Purgatory Ski Resort Cabin is on 2 ponds! The property has a creek and Pickleball court. It’s like being in a winter wonderland in the winter and National Park in summer. Large comfortable king size bed! It’s the perfect little get away!
