Both the Ocean Dunes Golf Course and Florence Golf Links are a short drive from our place. It is a 13 min. drive to the dunes OHV area. Unique location w/ a secure (out of sight) parking area on side of garage for your boat or UTV/ATV trailer. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

The covered front porch catches the morning sun, and the garden behind the house begs to be explored.

This adorable little 450 sq ft cottage is perfect for 1-2 guests and is just a short walk to spectacular Heceta Beach. Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

The Heceta Hideout is a retreat to the Oregon coast, steps away from Heceta beach. The entire home is yours with spacious parking and can host 8 comfortably. The Hideout is the perfect refuge for couples, groups, and families. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
