It's a completely private 5LDK design, two-story house with a total area of 189㎡. The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, and every room provides stunning views of the lake, offering you a peaceful and private retreat. The unique bath experience allows you to unwind in a bath while lying down. It is recommended that you come after finishing your meal or shopping.

The space commands evocative views on all sides. Sleeps five persons. The loft has a double bed. The main room is the daytime relaxation space, with three sofa beds. Bed linen is provided. There is an independent shower and toilet but no bath. There is a kitchen unit suitable for limited self-catering, and a refrigerator. Free WIFI, air conditioning but no TV.

昭和を感じさせる浜まで徒歩30秒で行ける海沿いの一軒家をDIYでリモデルしました。施設の名前”Hayamana"はHayama (葉山）とMana(魂）を合わせた造語。決して豪華ではないけれど、どこか懐かしく、落ち着ける癒しの雰囲気が魅力です。そして、宿泊施設にはスタンドアップパドルのレンタルがあり、初心者はスクールを受けることも可能。オーナーはPSA(プロフェッショナルSUP協会）の公認プロなので、安心して海のアクティビティを存分に楽しむことができます。また、意外に知られていない葉山の緑に囲まれたトレイル入り口も徒歩５分の所にあります。各種レストランやカフェ、スーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア、コインランドリーなどにも歩いて行ける何かと便利なロケーションです。
