Perfect location that’s near some good restaurants and convenience store, and a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima Station on mostly streets where the road isn’t crowded. The AirBnB is on the 2nd floor, where there is 2 flights of stairs (no elevators). The building is a smaller building and felt like mostly locals living in it. To get here, we did use Mio’s helpful directions and map it on Google maps since Google maps had a hard time finding the address. Mio also let us drop off our bags early. The AirBnB had everything we needed and was perfect for our needs. That said, future guests should know this isn’t a luxury or five-star stay—it’s more of a lived-in, casual space with character. If you’re looking for comfort over perfection, it’s a great choice.

Great place, the instructions that was sent in the mail were very clear. The room was a bit dusty but that was fine.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment hat eine super Lage. Es ist leicht vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem sind überall drum herum Restaurants und Shops. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und voll ausgestattet.

Instructions were clear. Easy check in. Comfy beds - great duvets. Nice kitchen with decent plates and cutlery. Good location.

My boyfriend and I loved the place! The location was perfect, with an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment was quite spacious, which is rare in Japan. We especially appreciated having a 7-Eleven just around the corner—it made everything super convenient. The only minor inconvenience was that the front desk, which provides toiletries and essentials like laundry detergent, is closed on weekends. Since we were only staying over the weekend, we didn’t have enough detergent to do our laundry. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

丁寧なやり取りをしてくださるホストの方で、安心して滞在することができました。 当日、予定よりも1時間ほど早くチェックインしたいと連絡したのですが、迅速に柔軟に対応していただき非常に助かりました。 お部屋は清潔感があり、設備も整っていて快適に過ごせました。特にバスルームがとても清潔だったのが嬉しかったです。 滞在中には、近くのお好み焼き屋さんにも行くことができ美味しくて良い思い出になりました。周辺の街も落ち着いた雰囲気で、夜に少し散歩しても安心できる環境でした。 強いて難点を挙げるとすれば、ドアの開け閉めが少し大変で、閉めるときに予想以上に大きな音が鳴ってしまう点が気になりました。気になる方は少し注意が必要かもしれません。 全体としてはとても満足のいく滞在で、また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

ホストの返信も早くとても親切でした。 いろいろなところに移動しやすいのでおすすめです。

This apartment is quite functional and spacious (there were two of us). Mattress was comfortable and we didn't notice any street noise. It is an easy walk from the Peace Memorial Museum and there is a very good grocery store nearby (Fresta). Ceiling is a bit low in one place - it would only affect someone who is over 6' tall. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!

A lovely, unique house, very comfortable and charming. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but easily accessible (the nearest JR station is only a 5-minute walk away). It was a perfect starting point for our trip to Miyajima. Communication with the hosts was always easy and pleasant. We would love to come here again.

Przyjemny dom w tradycyjnym stylu blisko promu na wyspę. Posiada dwie sypialnie futon, dwie tradycyjne oraz duży salon. W domu było trochę zimno w kwietniu ale są zapewnione piecyki. Do dworca jest 7 minut na nogach, trzeba przejść przez tunel. Polecamy :)

歴史を感じる家屋で、室内には芸術品や工芸品がたくさん飾られていてさながら美術館のような楽しさがありました。 空調や照明、水回りは最新のものになっていて滞在中の不便は何ひとつなかったです。とここまで書いて思い出しましたが冷蔵庫と洗濯機が外（庭）にあったので利用する時に夜ちょっと寒かったです。

サマーウォーズのおばあちゃんの家みたいでした。田舎の風景を眺めながら過ごしました。 歯ブラシはないので持ち込む必要があります。食器がたくさんあり、キッチンも使えます！

Mayumi was so welcoming. She met us in the street and provided us with a welcome drink. On our last night she honoured us with sake and dressed us in kimonos. This was so special. On leaving she stood at the gate and waved as we entered the next street. Mayumi is the best air bnb host we have ever met. Thank you Mayumi

岩国基地のフレンドシップデーに家族で行くのに2泊滞在しました。 JR前空駅まで歩いて3分ほどなので、始発に乗るのも楽でした。 近くにスーパーがあるので、食材買って自炊すれば、自宅のような感覚で食事も出来るので、家にいるような気分で過ごせました。 部屋数も多いので、子ども達も、勉強したり、動画見たりと各自気に入った部屋でくつろいでいました。 キッチンも広く、調理器具が豊富にあるので、その気になればなんでも作れそうです。 床がペコペコしてるところがあり少し気になりましたが、何だか昔の実家を思い出して懐かしい気分でした。 布団がふかふかで最高でした。岩国基地からヘロヘロになって帰った後の、あったかいお風呂の後のふかふかな布団は天国でした。 乾燥機能付きの洗濯機も備え付けられていて、子どもの服も全部洗って帰ったので、帰宅してからの片付けも楽に終わりました。 帰りに、宮島まで10分ぐらいなので、厳島神社も観光して帰りました。 また、フレンドシップデーに行く時は利用させてもらいたいと思います。 初のエアビーでしたが、とても満足です。 ありがとうございました。

Overall, Hiroshima was a great experience! Ryoma’s place made the short stay even more special. My family greatly appreciated the apartment's proximity, as it wasn't all that far from the train station, and local taxis had an easy time getting to our apartment. My family and I also appreciated the many amenities with the location and the comprehensive instructions next to them. Communication was also excellent; with any requests or questions we might have had, there was always a response within a reasonable time. Even though the young man's English was very limited, he was still very communicative and enthusiastic about our stay. Thank you again for the stay, and I recommend this place to any of my friends, family, or complete strangers!
