Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

It is spacious apartment for my wife and me to stay in for the weekend with lots of nice amenities. Easy walk to the downtown area, massive bed, great selection of simple entertainment (books and TV streaming apps). The Berkey water filter was a nice touch too.

Desire and Scottys place was even cuter than the pictures. it had everything we needed and things we didn't realize that made our stay a home away from home. It was a peaceful place to relax in after a day of hiking and wineries in the area. It was also nice to be able to walk to dinner and explore town. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. A home away from home. Susan has thought of the little things one needs when traveling. Her place is extremely clean, lovely space, and the perfect walk from everything Staunton has to offer. It's our 4th or 5th time staying with her- enough said.

This apartment was absolutely cozy! I've never stayed in an Airbnb that is a part of someone's house, and I felt very comfortable with my stay. On top of that, the space was noticeably pristine! We happened to meet Erika and John in passing and they were extremely pleasant. Since the weather has been changing, Erika made a point to ask about the temperature in the apartment and quickly followed up by providing us a fan to keep us cool! The aesthetic in the apartment is super cute, especially if you like cats. We felt calm and at-home in this space. Would definitely stay again if we come out to Front Royal! Lovely place to stay, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Close to UVa, and to restaurants and cafes in and near downtown. The host was very friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited for my husband’s alumni weekend and had a packed itinerary of hikes and tours, so it was such a gift to come home to this peaceful garden retreat. The screened-in porch was our favorite spot—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the Charlottesville views. The space was also comfortable and amenable to our two young kids, making it an easy and relaxing stay for the whole family.

Our kids had such a wonderful time! Between the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit and the huge field, they always had something to do. Our favorite part was the sunrise view from the bedrooms. Stunning!

Great place and awesome location, close to Old Rag and White Oak Canyon. Clean and nice accommodation, with a great view. Kid friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Corner! The area was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Having the fenced in backyard was a huge bonus with our dog and son. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had two adults and two teenagers on this trip and there was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. We LOVED the decor. Everything was visually appealing and comfortable. There was so much to do within walking distance or a very short drive. We enjoyed great restaurants, shopping, a tour of the Grand Caverns, and the Frontier Culture Museum all during our short stay. We hope to come back again and would definitely stay here again.

My stay in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the natural beauty—rolling hills blanketed in lush greenery, panoramic vistas at every turn, and a peacefulness that’s hard to find elsewhere. The accommodations were cozy and inviting, perfectly complementing the rustic charm of the region. Whether I was sipping coffee on the porch at sunrise or relaxing by the fire pit in the evening, every moment felt like a step away from the hustle of everyday life. They were super communicative & the location was super remote as we appreciated that. We cannot wait to come back to the area! Thank you for making our spring break memorable.

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We had a great stay! Peter was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. From the extra linens, the disposable silverware and cutlery, pens and notebooks, multiple surge protectors, playing cards, and a drying rack - they thought of everything we could possibly need. Right in Basye - our kids enjoyed the $5 per person per day for the nearby activity center pool. We enjoyed the putt putt at Smiley’s, a great meal at The Burn Barrel, the riverside playground, several hikes and runs around the lake. Our favorite local sites were the Shenandoah Cavern and Woodstock Tower. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was the second time we have stayed her, and hopefully, won’t be the last.

My group stayed at Isaac's place for a weekend to attend a concert at JPJ Arena. His condo is conveniently located to the arena (10min ride share), lots of walkable activities & food options next door on the Downtown Mall, and the living space was clean with basic amenities. I would highly recommend his space and will likely be booking it in the future! Thanks Isaac!

What a beautiful mountain oasis! Crazy cozy I hardly wanted to leave to go explore. From the beds, to the fireplace, to the sunken in jacuzzi tub it was fantastic. Easy access to breweries, wineries, and not too far from Charlottesville. A must stay with wonderful hosts!😊

It was great! I didn’t realize just how close it is to the slopes. We just walked straight to the resort. The people at the resort were nice and the random people we met. It’s a great spot to stay.

Loved his place! It’s spacious yet cozy and has everything you need to feel right at home. Chose to park on the street and never once worried about my safety or belongings. It’s a very quiet, suburban-esque neighborhood and still extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, or simply exploring downtown. A routine maintenance issue did come up and Chris was as communicative and accommodating as humanly possible. Highly recommended!
