Apartemendis on trepiga teisele tasapinnale viiv magamispaik mugava voodiga, sisustatud köök, privaatne vannituba ning elutuba diivanvoodiga. Lisaks on külalistel võimalik nautida privaatset sauna. Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Essentially it’s Latvian Bathhouse with beautiful view to share with your close ones. If you want to you will have chance to experience traditional sauna (additional + 60 EUR, there is also outside hot tub available + 60 EUR and take a fresh swim in a clear pond next to bathhouse. Surrounding has view of a larger lake and if you like even take a boat ride or do fishing. Host house is 80 meters away, so you will be able to have your privacy. Experience Latvia!

Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

My cozy one-bedroom personal home is surrounded by pine forest where you can pick some blueberries during the summer and ski in winter. The apartment is just a walking distance from the lake Kubja. Center of Võru is ~3km away.
