The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or you may enjoy trying out the restaurants nearby. We are a short drive away from the pristine beaches of Topsail Island, halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville.

Start the day with a pickleball or tennis, head to the beach with provided beach gear, cruise to local restaurants on the electric scooters, then come home for ping pong battles in the game garage. Just 2 miles from Surf City beaches and close to coffee shops, parks, mini golf, and local favorites, this cozy upstairs townhome is designed for easy, memorable beach trips full of fun and relaxation. Please note: the downstairs unit is a separate rental, and the garage + parking area are shared.

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Birdies & Beaches is located on Old Pointe golf course on the 3rd fairway. The townhouse is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath that will sleep up to 8. The home features a private entry and patio, fully stocked kitchen, grilling area, home office with docking station, monitor, keyboard & mouse, and kid ready with highchair, pack & play & dishes, and many surprising extra touches to make your stay comfortable. This is your perfect getaway location on the Atlantic coast!
