Welcome to our modern two bedroom, two-story apartment. Sleeps five people comfortably, with a plush queen and king bed, twin pullout couch in the living room, which also features a foosball coffee table for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen has cooking utensils and a charming coffee bar with a wide variety of coffee and tea.The bathroom has all the essentials so you don't need to pack anything. We have a charming sitting area outside. We also offer a local bottle of wine for 2 days or more.

Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Cozy town house apartment located right in the middle of town. Just 10 minutes from the Unadilla Motocross track in New Berlin NY. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
