The unit is well insulated and stays cool during the summer months (the coolest in town) and warm in the winter. The unit features a brand new king bed in the master bedroom a full sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo. The 2nd bathroom is across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom

Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

In the winter almost ski in ski out as it is a 5 minute walk in ski boots,skis in hand to lift line. Downtown Ketchum’s restaurants are a 10 minute walk.
