Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. Our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, it is so close to everything in the Old Quarter, but on a quiet street so there was very little noise. The house was very comfortable and everything felt newly renovated & clean. And the host was so friendly and helpful! They offered many local recommendations and even helped us book our car to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. Nams was so clean and comfortable a good range of kitchen ware as well the water cooler was very thoughtful and the washer and dryer were the cherry on top excellent highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)

Nam's place is a great modern two-bedroom apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. There were no issues, and the location is very good with lots of facilities nearby - restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and some bars. Excellent place for a long stay and to work from. It's a relatively short walk down to the lake front, and to many of Hanoi's sights, and around an hour's walk to the Old Town and French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.
