The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

The landlord also lives on the land in a separate house and works in the boulder barns. Bondegård ved stranden

Fogensegaarden nær Bogense har en usædvanlig beliggenhed for en gammel bondegaard. Få meter fra stranden på øen Fogense, der blev inddæmmet og vejen ind til Bogense tørlagt og beskyttet af et dige for snart 150 år siden. En driftig bonde Christian Jensen, fik for 130 år siden opført gården i sin nuværende skikkelse med et stort stuehus og en ydmyg aftægtsbolig i sydenden.
