We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this peaceful farm. The highlight of our experience was the amazing hospitality, especially from Poonam Ji and Dinesh Ji, who made us feel completely at home. Her delicious home-cooked meals were the soul of our stay. Every bite was made with love and care. What truly stood out was the chulhe ki roti served hot with hand-churned butter and fresh lehsun chatni. It took us right back to our roots. Simple, wholesome, and full of flavor. Poonam Ji's food alone is reason enough to visit. The place itself is calm, beautifully connected to nature, and gives you the perfect break from city life. Waking up to the sounds of birds, soaking in the fresh air, and enjoying the rustic charm of the surroundings was pure bliss. If you're looking for a quiet, authentic farm experience with heartfelt hospitality and unforgettable food, this is the place to be.

A lovely place to stay! The farm is beautiful with tranquil gardens to explore. The room was basic as expected, but tastefully decorated which was unexpected. The food was simple but delicious and the farm staff looked after us well.

Staff: Paswan Ji and Sandeep Ji will take great care of you, providing an excellent tour of the property and attending to your needs. Overall, visiting this place is a must to appreciate how beautifully it is maintained. We stayed in Barn 1 and also visited Barn 2 for horse riding, and we were absolutely captivated by the beauty and attention to detail throughout the property. I highly recommend this place. One suggestion for the owner would be to include breakfast with the stay, as it seems like a basic offering. However, the food pricing was reasonable, and the meals were delicious. Great job, everyone!

Very nice place. If you like quietness, silence, peace, wilderness and wide open spaces then you will enjoy it. Nice cosy residential property in a very big farm land. You will be in the lap of nature. Can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner under different trees, comfortable hammock and canopy under huge trees with lots of birds chirping. The staff was extremely warm and hospitable. Sanjiv (host) is very responsive and helpful too. His flexibility provided for an early check in and late check out was a very warm gesture from his end. The cook and caretaker (Baani) are very warm, hospitable and helpful. The farm house is the last of the farm houses on a stretch of barren land, post which the rocky barren jungle starts. There aren't residential complexes or properties in radius of few miles, which makes the place very quiet and peaceful. The last few miles to the place is a broken road but good enough for vehicles to travel and reach there.

A quiet farmstay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peaceful, clean surroundings. A welcome break for nature lovers. The room has everything one needs, basic, beautiful and extremely functional. Please do not expect modern, hotel-ish fanciness. Fresh, farm grown food adds to the charm for me - exactly what I value in such experiences. Homestyle meals, made with the freshest possible ingredients with a great view of trees, birds and the sky! 🥰

Jeet was very helpful in almost everything. He even jumped in to resolve issues with other local decorating vendors. Not only this the manager in the house has always been very polite, responsive, and helpful to reassure our comfort.

We had an incredible time at this villa. The space was even more beautiful than the photos, with gorgeous views, tasteful decor, and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight — clean, private, and perfect for unwinding. The host was responsive,helpful and made our check-in seamless. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

A great homely place for a get-together with friends (or family). For us the highlight was the farm, cute lil area, we even played cricket.

The electricity was being cut a lot many times , i think the intention of the host was to save electricity but it was too often to be disturbing. Other than that , the stay was awesome

Rosehill cottage is a great place to rejuvenate yourself. Well-maintained pool area, beautiful garden and comfortable bedrooms were perfect for relaxing. The bathrooms are minimiliastic but clean with supply of fresh towels. The house was cool with good air conditioning in every room despite high temperature outside in the middle of the day. The cottage itself has a charming decor and kitchen has all necessary menities and utenseils. Great location too - secluded enough for privacy but just a short drive to local attractions. Would definitely book again!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with my family at a serene Airbnb retreat, and it was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our stay was delightful. First and foremost, the hosts were exceptional. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel truly valued as guests. Our group consisted of six people, including my furry companion, our dog. The fact that the Airbnb was pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. Our dog felt right at home, and the spacious outdoor areas allowed for memorable walks and playtime. Although we encountered a minor issue with the AC in one of the rooms, the hosts were quick to assist us in finding a solution. Despite this, the inconvenience was minimal and manageable, thanks to their swift response.

You can expect a peaceful , fun and a warm experience away from the hustle bustle of the busy city lives .

An amazing place to spend some time with your folks. The entire farmhouse is an architect of a thoughtful process. Loved my entire 3 days of stay. Not just that, the way Ajay welcomes you to the property and hosts you for your entire stay, makes the experience astounding. Brownie points to Ajay, his wife and his entire team for this experience. 10/10 would recommend to give it a shot. And for sure I’m heading back to the place whenever I can.

This was one of the best properties i have stayed in recently. Mr. Verender has been an excellent host. Despite a heavy storm on previous night of our stay, the ptoperty was well cleaned and maintained for us. Verende ji has been extermely proactive and suppotive during our stay. The food was one of the key highlights. Every single dish that we ordered was very flavourful and as per our taste... I highly recommend this property and will certainly revisit again. Thanks for an awesome stay.
