We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Julie Ann's place is truly one-of-a-kind. Not only is it conveniently located within the town proper, but it also has a warm and homey vibe that made me want to stay longer. If circumstances had allowed, I would have happily extended my stay. Julie herself was an exceptional host, treating me like a long-lost family member or 'balikbayan' (a Filipino term for a returning citizen). She enthusiastically recommended places to visit and eat, and I appreciated her eagerness to share the beauty of her town and island. Unfortunately, my trip was for work, but I'm determined to return and stay at Julie's place for leisure. The caregiver, Ate, and her son were also incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Their kindness and hospitality reminded me of being with my own mom and siblings. SALAMAT KAAYO!

Place was awesome. Definitely accommodated our 11 night stay. Only wish though wished there was hot water for showers. Other than that, we were pleased. Unit was definitely spacious unlike the SMDC units we stayed in.

The place is a 30 mins away from port of Buenavista to barangay bacjao if you rode a tricycle from the port . When you reach the place you feel the calmness, privacy and peaceful vibes of the area. They offered foods that they personally served and it taste good. And if you really wanted to eat from time to time . Might as well to bring some snacks with you because the stores is far from the place. The room are clean and very relaxing, I will definitely come back here

The room is clean and has its own comfort room. It's also perfect for someone working from home because they offer free Wi-Fi. If you're planning an island or day tour on a budget, I would definitely recommend Charito's Airbnb. It's only about 15 minutes by tricycle to Alibojod Cove. It’s better to rent a motorbike at Jaro Wharf upon arrival, since transportation in the area is mostly by tricycle, which can be a bit pricey. Another good thing is that there’s a restaurant and a sari-sari store right in front of the Airbnb. However, if you're someone who loves snacks and extras, I’d suggest bringing your own before heading to Guimaras, as the stores there have limited stock. Overall, our experience with Nanay Charito was superb! She is very accommodating, always willing to help, gives great suggestions, and is always smiling. We will definitely come back and recommend her Airbnb—it really feels like home. 🏠❤️
