Mayra and her entire team were EXCEPTIONAL for lack of better words. I have never experienced anywhere else in the world the personalized, kind, and efficient service Mayra provides to her guests. The level of care and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The place was astonishingly beautiful, private and quiet. Perfect for a personal or family retreat. Una cabaña muy bonita para relajarse, cómoda y excelente atención.

Muy hermoso lugar. Hay demasiada calma, bastante bosque y el clima bastante fresco. Es demasiado relajante y un lugar bonito para ir en pareja.

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Comido, seguro, limpio, con estacionamiento, comunicación fluida con el personal. El lugar es lindo y hay restaurantes en la zona, también se puede cocinar en la cabaña hay todo lo necesario. Importante que el lapso final al destino es terracería y un carro pequeño y bajo quizás pueda tener inconvenientes, especialmente en estación lluviosa.

Best place ever 100% recommend it , we are definitely coming back with the whole family . If you’re like me, that like nature, but you’re afraid of wild animals this is the best place to go. You’re able to enjoy nature without being afraid. Besides the amazing customer service at the cabin ,an excellent service of the host , Evelyn always helping and making sure everything was perfect . Thank you so much , price was excellent for the great and high level of the cabin .

Was a stunning view from the Airbnb which we loved morning and night. It is a walk to get up so we recommend using the tuk tuk driver they suggest to help bring heavy luggage up and down at the start and end. The cabin does get very cold at night as there is no curtains and a slight opening at the top that lets the cold in and there wasn’t many places for us to store our things

Beautiful property! The view from the porch was incredible. It was our favorite part of staying there. The cabin felt just like home. The property itself was beautiful and it was nice having access to the water. They do have sprinklers going during random times so you might get wet a little heading in or out but it’s a part of the fun! The kitchen was fully stocked and able to make meals there. Shower had hot water every time. It was hard to leave and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in San Marcos.

Absolutely beautiful and cozy cabin in a very peaceful area. We loved it and will come back soon. The churrasquera and fire pit are a really nice addition to the property. Everything was perfect

Nice place for relaxing, David was very helpful. The showers are literally the best hot showers I’ve ever had in my life, not even exaggerating. So powerful and hot, and solar powered which was cool. It’s right in front of the Tzununa dock, but there was a lot of construction work on the public infrastructure when I was there (David mentioned it was terrible timing in peak season). I highly recommend not taking a suitcase there, and be prepared to be a little tired because everything requires walking up and down. You need to make sure you take ear plugs, because the cabins are next to the road and although it is only an occasional car, because they are wooden means it sounds like you are next to them. Basically 1 shop and 1 restaurant within a 10 minute walk, so it’s very secluded. Eat before 6pm or you’re not going to get any food without taking a tuk tuk into town. David was very helpful, would stay here again but definitely travel lighter.

Lugar súper acogedor, muy completo. Está diseñado y acondicionado para que uno se sienta cómodo y en casa. Cuenta con detalles extras que hacen la diferencia en brindar una experiencia más que un hospedaje. El lugar no está tan cerca de la Santander, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y se puede descansar bien, pero a la vez súper fácil moverse en tuktuk y en 5 minutos se llega a todos lados. Nos encantó el diseño y lo completo del lugar. Las instrucciones para llegar estan súper claras y la comunicación con los hosts es eficiente.

We are a family of 4 (1 currently living in Guatemala) and we absolutely loved this home. Note that it is a family home passed down through generations and is a bit rustic, and requires visitors to be mindful. Some features such as the windows need to be treated with care. The grounds are extraordinary and walkable. The guardian Juan José was available to help if we needed anything including shopping for our BBQ. He lit an outdoor fire and we relaxed under the stars. We made use of paddle boards and kyack. I can't say enough about how helpful Joaquin was before during and after our stay. Thank you thank you

Amazing place located next to a beautiful river and great nature. Road to the house looks a little intimidating but we drove down with no problems.

L’hotelito perdido est un hôtel très confortable tout est mis à disposition pour que vous puissiez passer un séjour paisible et reposant. Les activités proposées sont excellentes et le prix totalement abordable. La chambre était conforme à la description, sanitaires et douches parfait. Les membres du personnel sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous remercions Tim et son équipe de nous avoir accueillis et nous mettons un point d’honneur pour sa disponibilité et toute l’aide qu’il nous a apporter. Tim est tres chaleureux et conviviale. Nous avons très très bien mangé! La proportion parfois trop grande mais mmmmh quel délice! Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour et nous reviendrons! merci et belle continuation!
