There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

We are a little farm so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on. Our wooden cabin over the lake offers a cozy and comfortable stay, with stunning views over the lake and the forests around the property. Enjoy the bird life of which there are a few species. You can enjoy the tranquility, or fish from the deck, or explore the nearby attractions. The cabin is self catering, semi off-grid equipped with a gas geyser supplying hot water to the shower, and we have an ensuite septic based toilet.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Our cabin is situated directly on the spectacular Indian Ocean, in a safe and peaceful location and has everything you need to rest and relax. Seaside Heaven offers a modern well equipped kitchen, 1 x sea facing king bed, outdoor braai area and is a short walk to the heart of Umdloti ! The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
