Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Das Koralpenchalet Sonne, Wald, Natur!

Auf etwa 900m Seehöhe über der Nebelgrenze gelegen befindet sich im malerischen Ort Trahütten das Koralpenchalet. Blicken Sie von der großen Terrasse direkt auf die Koralpe und genießen Sie die frische Waldluft. Das aus Holz erbaute Chalet bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz gegehrt. Zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa bieten Platz für max. 6 Personen. Nach einem ereignisreichen Wandertag kann man in der Fasssauna oder dem Holzbadefass entspannen.

Wellness für die Seele bietet der eigenen Spabereich mit wohliger Wärme in der Sauna oder im Hot Tub auf der Terrasse. Ein großzügiges Badezimmer erfrischt die Sinne während der Blick über die Weinberge, unser Lavendellabyrinth und den Wald schweift.

Unsere Penthouse-Appartements am Weinberg Hochgrail bieten außergewöhnliches Flair. Hier trifft zeitgenössische Architektur auf traditionelle Materialien, eingebettet in die pittoreske Kulturlandschaft des Weinbaus. Die offene Gestaltung, freistehende Möbelinseln und naturbelassene Holzoberflächen bieten ein einzigartiges Raumgefühl. Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
