Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an old country home on a busy road in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

The Red Pump Inn~Est. 1812, One bedroom farmhouse

Welcome to the esteemed Red Pump Inn, a quaint and peaceful farmhouse built in 1812 seated on the outskirts of West Milton. This rare gem is believed to be the oldest brick home in Miami County. The French Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the charming town of Frenchtown, Ohio. This B&B has been operating since 1999 and has accommodated many guests coming to visit Darke County. Lower level of our house - it has spacious and quaint accommodations for a reasonable rate. Included: Continental Breakfast, kitchen, great room & patio. Guest rooms on lower level: 2 bedrooms - can be rented individually or as a 2 bdrm apartment (pricing varies based on events - min $75 ea bdrm).

Charming private cottage (home) on the West edge of Richmond within walking distance to Earlham College. This updated Three bedroom home has one custom full bath (w/Tub) & one half bath. The kitchen has been updated and is on the lower level. Great location. Wooded private rear yard with covered patio. Cardinal Greenway, Gorge Trail all of Richmond nearby. Fast Wi-Fi. Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

The Cabin at Maple View - Accepting Reservations

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.
