The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a cozy bedroom with a plush bed that ensured restful nights. The host was exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations, which enhanced my stay.  One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings; the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, ideal for evening strolls. Additionally, having amenities like free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi made the stay even more convenient.  Overall, I highly recommend this Fitchburg apartment for anyone visiting the Madison area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

Alexander's flat in Madison was perfect for our stay. Right downtown, a stone's throw from the capital, and about a mile from the heart of the UW campus, this home was fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Mendota. The best part of the experience was how easy it was to work with Alexander. He was very responsive to every question, he was proactive about giving us information needed for an easy and comfortable stay, and he was extremely thorough in the information needed about checking in and out of the apartment. All in, this was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Alexander. - Joe S

I would rate the location as a 4.5 - 4.8. It was clean and felt safe. The directions and instruction/descriptions were clear, easy to understand and super helpful. They did a good job at communicating the situation, mostly. * Construction on the road out front was mentioned, however, it wasn't mentioned that the construction currently starts between 4:30-6:30 AM. If you have to get up early then that probably won't be a problem. If you want to sleep in a little then you'd better bring ear plugs.

We stayed for a month for a clinical rotation at a nearby hospital. Marissa was an excellent host. Very reasonably priced. Will be recommending to classmates. We had a great time!

Excellent communication and location! Very close to the center of town. The doors and keys were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out eventually! Would happily stay here again if we ever come back to the area. Thanks Laura!

I could write a whole post about the doors & windows of this place, but I'm a history/architecture nerd.... Pictures don't do justice to Twana's place. So well designed & thought out, from charging stations on bedside tables to a bench & shoe mats outside the entry, an off-street parking spot reserved for the AirBnB guest, etc. But the great old wood floors, doors, windows, B&W checkerboard floor tile in the kitchen, & mid-century furnishings really give character to a place that may look a little 'plain' from the outside. Twana was great w/ communication & flexible on my check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Rockford's a sleeper. Check out their amazing new library on the water & The Norwegian for dinner. Lovely home in a lovely town.

Kemisha’s place is cozy and conveniently located. Easy check in and out - and the bedroom and living room have a kitchen/dining room separating them. Which is convenient if two people are staying for noise. It’s a great place to stay for a couple of days if you need to visit Rockford. It is located near a road way/train track. This was never disruptive but good to know if you’re expecting absolute quiet.

Easy to walk to the square and look at the architecture in surrounding buildings. Did not realize it was a two story home The kitchen was great for several cooks

Great place to stay for anyone visiting New Glarus. Plenty of details about the surrounding area were included in the welcome book as well. Would definitely stay again if I were to return. The firepit and grill were especially great amenities.

We stayed at Susan’s beautiful farmhouse during the Christmas holiday. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Susan is wonderful to work with, responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous with so much history and the feeling of love from many years of family. The decorations for Christmas were wonderful and enhanced the stay that much more. We would love to go back in the Spring or again for the holidays. Downtown Monroe is very close by. It’s a quaint and cozy area with shops, restaurants and the ability to walk and enjoy it. Looking forward to going back!

Johnathan is one of the best host I had this far. He went above and beyond trying to help watch UFC 314.

I was in Monroe for a funeral and to spend time with my friends. Morgan's place gave me a peaceful, private environment, which is exactly what I needed for my stay. The house is well kept, clean, with plenty of light and comfortable. The roof over the parking area next to house provided cover from the rain when coming and going and was especially appreciated when packing and unpacking things from the car. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything in town and roads to other areas. Morgan communicated well with me from the time of my reservation to when I contacted him on my departure. He was responsive, helpful and courteous. Staying at Morgan's place was a great experience and cost about the same as one room with a queen bed in a near by hotel, which couldn't provide the peace and privacy I enjoyed. If you're staying in the Monroe area, I highly recommend you book Morgan's place for your stay!

I hosted a mom’s retreat at Jesse’s property and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house itself is full of farmhouse charm and the creek in the front yard is so peaceful to listen to and conversate over. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property and hiking trails are well taken care of and its apparent continuous improvements are being made around the property. We look forward to returning for our next retreat. Thank you, Jesse, for sharing such a special place!

Our stay was amazing, the property was in great condition and absolutely beautiful. Lots of different cool areas to check out and explore. The host was so easy and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Thank you Randy for letting us stay at your great place! It was exactly what we were looking for - a very convenient location to all things Madison, clean, comfortable with all the amenities. Parking was easy both on-street and using the assigned spot. Super close to the grocery store as well as restaurants & coffee, but still quiet enough for comfortable sleeping. We didn't want for anything, because Randy provided all the info we needed prior to our arrival. Hope to return again!
