Seaside Home, Add on Seasonal Bunkhouse for 7!

A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

Cobscook Bay Farmhouse on the Bay

One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

The Coffee House

Come stay in this quaint, centrally located Coffee House by Newtons. Explore Grand Manan life, enjoy the scenery, many hiking spots or have a cozy spot to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the island. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy Coffee House above the very popular Newtons Mercantile & Cafe. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of cafe life or check out the fishermen hard at work in the trap yard. It's sure to be a genuine Grand Manan experience here!

Element Four - Ember’s Edge

Keep it simple at this peaceful, very private, and centrally located island paradise. With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI.
