Only 70m walk from the station and a short 5 minute stroll to the center of the goldmining township. Discover the well known vintage Mill Market with artisan treats, Botanic Gardens, local Art Galleries and Cafes, all within walking distance. Retreat on Campbell offers a quiet, picturesque outdoor courtyard setting, small nook for contemplation, some lawn and is pet friendly by negotiation.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Small but comfy. Your accommodation is a self contained, detached compact bungalow with private bbq deck that sits in the backyard of a heritage home on Stawell's Main Street. Centrally located in the Northern Grampians in Stawell, The Bungalow is twenty minutes drive to Halls Gap and the Grampians and ten minutes from Great Western's wineries. Just a ten minute walk to the Stawell Gift. The yard is shared with our small friendly dog Toby. You will meet him going to and from your car.

Situated between the rural towns of Maryborough and Avoca, our charming mud brick house can comfortably sleep 8 people, with its four bedrooms and two living areas. There is a large outdoor area with an outdoor fire and gas BBQ, lounge and dining table. Be sure not to miss the sensational sunset over the front paddock or a walk along the creek.
